Regardless if you are an elite athlete, weekend warrior, child, adult or senior, we tailor each individual’s treatment plan in order to properly treat a variety of conditions. We strive to stay educated in the latest research, to ensure the highest quality and most effective forms of treatment.

Our physiotherapists take an integrative approach and work collaboratively with other members of the Active Health Institute, ensuring the best and most appropriate treatment for the Ottawa athletes and the Hintonburg community. With the health and well-being of our patients being our top priority, we ensure continued communication with our patients and their general practitioners, sports physicians and all other medical providers.

Do I need a doctor’s referral?

You do not require a doctor’s referral to be treated by a physiotherapist. However, if you have an extended health care plan, your insurer may require a doctor’s referral in order to reimburse you for the physiotherapy treatment.
