Phanny completed a Bachelor of Science in Physiotherapy at the University of Ottawa in 2008. She has since worked in private practice in this beautiful city, offering treatments in French and English. She has experience treating a variety of clients of all ages with acute to chronic pain, sports injuries and postural dysfunction.

Passionate about helping her patients set and achieve realistic goals, Phanny strongly believes in treating the source of the problem and not just the symptoms. Through her techniques using manual therapy and movement, she will empower you to take charge of your health and become the best possible version of yourself.

She is committed to taking ongoing education in order to provide hands-on and evidence-based treatment that is tailored to each patient. She has completed many post-graduate courses in acupuncture, dry needling, K-taping, McKenzie A, B, C, SFMA (Selective Functional Movement Assessment), Titleist Level 1 and The Running Clinic.

Phanny has always been active from the time she was young from doing gymnastics to being part of her school’s volleyball and basketball team. She now likes to maintain her fitness through various weight and cardio classes such as BodyPump, BodyStep and BodyAttack. Outside the clinic, you can find her spending time with her husband and two children enjoying local food and drinks.
