As a sports performance therapy facility, we help athletes overcome obstacles affecting their ability to perform at their best. Whether it’s addressing hip issues from long hours at work or getting that recurring shoulder pain to disappear, we are the only truly athlete-centric clinic in Ottawa.
Our diverse team of specialists take great pride in their ability to connect with athletes through their own experiences and specialized training, and we strive to stay current with new research in order to ensure evidence based care.
WHO WE ARE
Active Health Hintonburg is the sister location to Active Health Institute located in Barrhaven. We are a carefully constructed team of former or current athletes dedicated to serving the Ottawa athletic community. We believe strength training can be a powerful tool for the body and mind, and we aim to enable athletes to continue growing by addressing any issues, pains, or injuries that come along the way.
