Originally from Ottawa, Erica relocated to the East Coast to pursue her education, earning both a Bachelor of Kinesiology (Honours) and a Master of Science in Physiotherapy from Dalhousie University in 2015 and 2017, respectively.
Following graduation, she settled in Nova Scotia’s scenic Annapolis Valley, where she spent eight years in private practice. During this time, she worked with a diverse range of clients, treating musculoskeletal conditions related to both everyday function and recreational activity.
Erica is committed to ongoing professional development and has completed postgraduate training in Dry Needling and Movement System Impairment syndromes. She is also a Fellow of the Canadian Academy of Manipulative Physiotherapy (FCAMPT), Canada’s representative organization within the International Federation of Orthopaedic Manipulative Physical Therapists (IFOMPT).
Dedicated to a client-centered approach, Erica prioritizes meaningful, individualized care. She takes the time to understand each client’s goals and lifestyle, ensuring that treatment plans and exercise programs are tailored to their unique needs. Her practice emphasizes education and evidence-based care, empowering clients to take an active role in their rehabilitation and overall wellness.
Outside the clinic, Erica enjoys the outdoors in all forms and stays active by running, swimming and hiking with her partner and their Australian Cattle dog Bindi.
