Alejandro is a registered physiotherapist who completed his undergraduate degree in Kinesiology at Brock University. He worked as a student athletic therapist, personal trainer, and physiotherapy assistant before going on to earn his Master of Science in Physiotherapy from Brunel University London. His passion for human performance also led him to become a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the internationally recognized National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA).
Alejandro continually refines his manual therapy skills and stays up to date with current evidence-based techniques. He combines hands-on treatment with functional strength to help patients improve their long-term resilience. He believes in creating a plan that works best for each person and regularly reassessing their progress to help them achieve their goals and return to their activities.
Alejandro grew up playing football and practising Brazilian jiu-jitsu. He now enjoys strength training, running, cycling, rock climbing, and recreational sports.
