I entered the field of nutrition because I was fascinated by the connection between what we eat and how we feel, function, and age. I wanted to understand how nutrition could be used to prevent, manage, and improve health conditions while helping people feel their best. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics and Human Nutrition from McGill University and have over a decade of experience helping clients turn nutrition science into practical, sustainable changes.
I specialize in sustainable weight loss, lifestyle nutrition, and women’s health, working with both men and women to achieve their health and wellness goals. I have a particular interest in supporting women through different stages of life, including perimenopause and menopause, as well as hormonal and metabolic health, digestive health, and body composition.
My approach is practical and personalized. Rather than restrictive diets or quick fixes, I help clients make realistic changes to nutrition, sleep, stress, physical activity, and other lifestyle factors that can be maintained long term.
Whether your goal is to lose weight, improve your health, navigate a new stage of life, or simply feel better in your body, I’m here to help you create a nutrition plan that works for you and your lifestyle. Book a consultation today and let’s get started.
