  • Chiropractor
  • Athletic Movement Assessment
  • Functional INtegrated Acupuncture

Dr. Andrew Sauer completed his Bachelor’s degree in Physical and Health Education at Queen’s University, where he also played varsity football. Dr. Sauer’s interest in physical rehabilitation began as a university athlete when he experienced the contrast between quality, individualized treatment and the traditional one-size-fits-all approach. Following his graduation from Queen’s, he continued his education in Toronto at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College.

While in school, Dr. Sauer led the Rehab 2 Performance club, where he introduced his peers to contemporary movement-based assessment and treatment techniques. He has been a part of the medical team for the Toronto Young Nationals hockey club, and has conducted movement and concussion baseline assessments for a variety of youth and collegiate teams over the years. He has completed additional training in Functional Integrated Acupuncture, Athletic Movement Assessment (AMA), Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS), RockTape, and Neurodynamic Techniques.

New to the NCR, when not in the clinic you can find Dr. Sauer enjoying his time outdoors, exploring the local trails on his bike or skis, backcountry camping, or snowboarding. Dr. Sauer will work with you to implement a program which addresses your individual needs, and will use the best tools available to help you reach your goals.
